Online Support Technician

Customer Care Representative

You will be the first point of contact for our legions of customers calling from across the globe. As such you must be well spoken, passionate about serving people, a creative problem solver and quick decision maker.

Responsible for scheduling and routing of incoming jobs to the most suitable technician. Additionally, you will be responsible for making outbound calls for quality assurance and customer satisfaction.

On-Site Tech (Kelowna)

This is an exciting opportunity to join our new Kelowna force! You must be outgoing, friendly and ready to assume a major role within a short period of time. Valid driver's license and excellent driving record essential. Compensation includes salary and benefits package. You will be provided with company training, vehicle, telephone and wireless Point of Sale device.
