A technician called me back within 3 minutes
He offered several suggestions, things to check, all free advice!
When I took in my PC the staff listened to my needs and knew what I had already tried
I was provided realistic estimates regarding timeframe and cost
Rent-A-Geek called me at home far sooner than expected and the resulting cost was less than estimated
When I picked up my PC the tech explained everything that had been done, ensuring all my questions were answered
Upon booting up my computer at home I found several useful utilities loaded for me in a folder easily accessible on my desktop

Now, I spread the word to colleagues and friends. Definitely call Rent-A Geek!
